We run our practice with you, the patient, at the forefront of everything we achieve. From the comfort and safety, to the technology and entertainment, you are what makes our practice work. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and you alone.
Attending your appointment on time allows us to offer punctual and prompt appointments for everyone, including you. We also appreciate that your schedule is just as important as ours therefore you will be advised of the expected length of your appointment and we always do out utmost to maintain these expectations.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with as much notice as possible (minimum of 48 hours is preferred). Often we become fully booked and an appointment that is missed or cancelled can be of great use to someone else waiting to see one of our doctors. We also advise that you think carefully before rearranging your appointment as it could affect your dental health and the treatment plan you are undergoing.

We ask that all patients settle their account in full either before or at the end of each appointment. We accept HICAPS, cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. Unfortunately, we do not offer a line of credit to our patients.


Your information is handled in the strictest of confidence. No records will be forwarded or discussed with anyone without your written consent.
